NAME

fsi - Create A Focal Surface Image

SYNOPSIS

     fsi [-NCntap] [-NPntap2] [-Ootap] [-a] [-b] [-n N] [-V]

DESCRIPTION

fsi creates a mosaic of the best pieces of the v(z) migra-
tions created by cubevz. The user indicates which pieces
are considered "the best" via picks from program apkr. The
output is a migrated dataset in time. Normally, fsi is run
     through an apkr.flow script.

  Command line arguments
     -NC ntap
Enter the name of the input cube dataset after typing
-NC. This dataset is produced by running program
          cubevz.

     -NP ntap2
Enter the name of the input picks dataset after typing
-NP. This dataset is produced by running program apkr.

     -O otap
Enter the name of the output focal surface image
          dataset after typing -O.

-a If this flag is present on the command line, an image
will be extracted for every location in the input cube
dataset. The picks will be interpolated and extrapo-
          lated as necessary.

-b If this flag is present on the command line, an image
will be extracted between the first and last picked
locations. The picks in between will be interpolated
          as necessary.

-n N This is the pick index multiplier. It is the number of
locations picked in program apkr divided by the number
of traces per record in the cube input. This is neces-
sary if the cube was interpolated to a finer trace
          interval before picking.

     -V Enter -V for a verbose printout.
