Presented here are the famous Zero Phase Wavelet papers of Bob Kallweit and Larry Wood first presented at the 1977 DGTS in Houston Texas. Many of you have seen these publications and many more have not. Every geoscientest owes it to him/her self to read and understand this material. It gives you a very viceral understanding of the effects of filter design on side-lobe tuning and hence data interpretability.
